Returns & Exchanges

1. We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 

2. If you can't connect network, please contact us by free Wi-Fi. If you don't contact us and apply for a refund directly, we will not be able to help you solve the problem. We will assume that the customer's own settings are not in place and refuse to refund. Please understand!

3. It is Buyer’s responsibility if buyer not used according to instruction, like use the card in non-coverage area or not active it according to the specific requirements.

4. Once the card is sold, no refund is supported.

5. If your item was damaged during shipping, please you can contact us for refund or new shipping, But please provide us photographs or video clearly showing the problem with the item and its tracking number on package. also please provide the “Proof of Damage” document from the courier. Alternatively, you could open the item package in front of the delivery person. If the item was damaged during shipping, you can reject to sign it.

6. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
